Please stay in your car until the person in front of you has driven away. Pull up to the front door to load your items. Have exact change in an envelope with your name and total written on the front.

A basic rundown of how it works:
Orders run every 4 weeks.
Placing you order the week before it's due or earlier is important.
There is no guarantee that all items will ship.
Wednesday is the deadline.
You will receive a reminder email prior to that if you have signed up to receive them,
if not hit the bottom at the bottom and sign up now to be sure you get regular reminders.
After the order ships on Monday, I calculate the amount owed and send
your total due as well as the pickup time frame.
Payment is due at pickup. I add 10% over wholesale and state sales tax on non-food items.
The following Tuesday is the delivery day. Usually the order comes in around 130pm
and I unload and sort by about 230-3pm. I close around 5pm, so unless
we make other arrangements, please be there by 5pm for pickup.

Please check in with me first (especially if you are coming from a distance) to confirm the schedule.
Sometimes we don't know the truck will be late until too late to notify everyone in a timely way.
We appreciate your flexibility and understanding.
I’m happy to make arrangements for other pickup times/days if we plan ahead.
There is limited freezer and fridge space, so if you order frozen/cold please pick up ASAP
so I don’t have to store items, again, unless we arrange ahead to do so.
I usually have case/bulk produce shares for sale which I try to list in the email with totals and pickup times.
If you are on Facebook I do have a page which makes it easy to communicate with everyone about case sharing.

Catalogs are available for anyone who would like one.
If you'd like a sales catalog, there are usually a few around and I can order more if
you let me know ahead of time.
Please remember catalogs are subject to change, items get discontinued, and prices fluctuate.
The most accurate way to check is on the Azure Standard website using my login information.
There is a list of scheduled order due dates and delivery dates for
the year, but of course these are subject to change.
HOW TO ORDER: PLEASE READ
DO NOT ADD YOUR ORDER TO THE WEBSITE
EMAIL YOUR ORDER IN THE FOLLOWING FORMAT
ITEM CODE: MOST ARE 2 LETTERS AND 3-4 NUMBERS
example: FG750, if you don't have a catalog, on the website the item codes are in individual product windows in the box on the right
QUANTITY: HOW MANY OF THIS ITEM CODE
(if the code is more than one, like 3- 12oz. bottles, you only want one of that item code)
BRIEF DESCRIPTION: BRAND AND ITEM
(please put important info here, for example if you are ordering Almond Milk vanilla unsweetened, 12/case, include it)
COST: THE WHOLESALE COST FROM THE WEBSITE, SUBJECT TO CHANGE
(I have no control over the prices, they do sometimes change)
NOTE: You still have access to the website to check availability and prices if you have the login info, I am asking that you DO NOT add your items directly, submit your list to me and I will add your order, thank you for your understanding and flexibility!
